Abstract
La qualité d’un collectif de travail en phase avec l’évolution des besoins des personnes accompagnées repose sur les chefs de service qui doivent inscrire leurs actions dans la durée. Encore faut-il qu’eux-mêmes soient « durables ». À cet égard, les employeurs ont des attentes variables en fonction du secteur d’activité, des missions déléguées, de l’organisation et de la culture de chaque institution. Après avoir présenté le contexte et défini les notions de potentialités, capacités et compétences, l’article présente les compétences génériques et les nouvelles compétences complémentaires attendues. Ces compétences doivent se traduire par des comportements que nous présentons en prenant appui sur l’ouvrage d’Éric Albert « le manager durable ».
