Abstract
Ce numéro spécial est issu du colloque de Cerisy " Penser la négociation en modernitéavancée " qui a eu lieu du 27 mai au 3 juin 2008. Organisé par la revue francophoneNégociations avec le soutien de l'ESSEC, ce colloque dirigé par Sophie Allain et Christian Thuderoz a rassemblé des spécialistes de la négociation et de la médiation originaires de Belgique, des Etats-Unis, de France, du Québec et de Suisse. Les échanges ont été organisés autour de séances permettant d'explorer ce champ de manière transversale et pluridisciplinaire. Les débats ont été particulièrement intenses et nourris, se nouant non seulement à partir des nombreuses communications, mais aussi de témoignages spontanés et de films, et révélant ainsile caractère fertile de ce champ et la vigueur d'une jeune communauté de recherche en plein développement.
