Ce dossier a pour ambition d’éclairer les enjeux du sommet de Durban sur le climat (28 novembre-9 décembre 2011), en les considérant du point de vue de deux acteurs qui appartiennent à la même catégorie géoéconomique, celle des pays développés, mais qui ont opté pour des stratégies climatiques sensiblement différentes : l’Union européenne et le Canada.
