Abstract Food (MIC: 4.1 SIC: 2051 NAIC: 311812) Weston (George) is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a distribution company and is engaged in food processing. Co. has two reportable operating segments; Weston Foods and Loblaw Companies Limited (Loblaw). Western Food is engaged in the baking and dairy industries within North America. The Loblaw operating segment is a food distributor and a provider of general merchandise, drugstore and financial products and services. Co.'s brands include Arnold, Country Harvest, D'Italiano, Entenmann's, Freihofer's, Nelson, Stroehmann, Thomas', Weston and Wonder. As of Dec 31 2005, Co. had 670 corporate stores; 402 franchised stores; 472 associated stores; and 26 warehouses in Canada.
