Abstract
Dans la continuité d’une thèse interrogeant la problématique de l’éducation à la santé, cet article s’intéresse aux enjeux pragmatiques d’une méthode coopérative comme soutien aux capacités d’autonomisation que suggère le développement des compétences psychosociales sous-jacent à celui de la santé réflexive. Construit selon les principes de la théorie ancrée, le raisonnement articule les postulats épistémologiques de la médecine narrative à l’expérience éthique et concrète du care pour revenir sur les potentialités d’un récit adressé au soin de soi. Le choix d’une méthode « relationnelle », à partir de données coopératives, souligne le besoin d’élargir le recueil à l’expression des dimensions sensibles et affirme l’attention que requiert le travail de la narration. Les résultats de l’enquête mettent en avant la nécessité de faire dialoguer les discours normatifs aux singularités de l’expérience. Ainsi mis en cohérence, les vécus se mêlent aux questions socialement vives que promeut la mise en place du parcours éducatif en santé et suggèrent, dans la perspective du soin d’ouvrir la connaissance de soi à d’autres rationalités.
