Abstract

Le processus de territorialisation en cours, et notamment la montée en puissance des régions comme actrices des politiques du livre, modifie les équilibres de l’économie du livre et contribue aussi à s’interroger sur certaines modalités d’organisation de ces politiques. Ces évolutions incitent à envisager la question de l’intervention publique en faveur du livre dans une approche à la fois « verticale » et « horizontale », croisant l’analyse des logiques territoriales et nationales et développant celle des stratégies spécifiques à certains territoires. À partir de nos travaux sur les politiques publiques du livre en région, nous nous proposons d’aborder quelques aspects de cette approche qui met l’accent sur la complexité de la notion de territoire en ce qui concerne le livre.
