Abstract
Abstract Food (MIC: 4.1 SIC: 084 NAIC: 12130) Brown‐Forman operates in two business segments: beverages and consumer durables. The beverages segment manufactures, bottles, imports, exports and markets a wide variety of alcoholic beverage brands. Co. also manufactures and markets new and used oak barrels. Co.'s principal beverage brands include: Jack Daniel's, Southern Comfort, Finlandia Vodka, Canadian Mist, Korbel champagnes, and Fetzer Vineyards, Bolla and Bel Arbor wines. The consumer durables segment sells fine china dinnerware, crystal stemware and giftware, stainless steel flatware, and silver‐plated and metal giftware under the Lenox, Gorham and Dansk brand names, as well as Hartmann luggage.
