Abstract
L’article porte sur les Coopératives d’initiation à l’entrepreneuriat collectif (CIEC) au Québec, qui se veulent un projet d’éducation des jeunes à l’entrepreneuriat collectif. À partir d’une méthodologie qualitative combinant observation non participante et entretiens semi-dirigés avec les coordonnateurs des CIEC, nous explorons les conceptions de l’entrepre- neuriat collectif qui se dégagent du projet et les apprentissages expérientiels que les coordonnateurs cherchent à susciter chez les jeunes. Nous mettons en évidence plusieurs tensions et défis du projet CIEC qui, en cherchant à concilier in- sertion professionnelle, esprit d’entreprise, initiation aux entreprises collectives et sensibilisation à l’économie sociale et solidaire, risquent finalement de diluer ses impacts éducatifs.
