La réflexion exposée dans ces lignes est alimentée par une expérience de l’enseignement de la traduction professionnelle au Québec et en France. Plus concrètement, elle se fonde sur dix-sept années d’enseignement à l’Université Laval, grande université francophone nord-américaine située dans la ville de Québec, au baccalauréat (licence) en traduction (80 étudiants par année environ) et à la maîtrise en terminologie et traduction (de 15 à 25 étudiants par année), ainsi que sur trois ans d’ens...
