Abstract Food (MIC: 4.1 SIC: 2084 NAIC: 312130) Brown‐Forman primarily manufactures, bottles, imports, exports and markets a variety of alcoholic beverage brands. Co. also manufactures and markets new and used oak barrels. As of Apr 30 2007, Co.'s primary beverage brands included, but not limited to, Jack Daniel's, Southern Comfort, Finlandia, Gentleman Jack, Amarula, Appleton Estate, Canadian Mist, Bel Arbor, Bonterra, Chambord, Don Eduardo, Fetzer, Bolla and Korbel. In the U.S., Co. sells spirits and wines either via wholesale distributors or directly to state governments in those states that control alcohol sales. Internationally, Co.'s key export markets are the U.K., Germany, Spain, Australia, France, South Africa, Canada and Japan.
