Marta Marín‑Dòmine is professor talen en literatuur aan de universiteit Wilfrid Laurier in Waterloo (Ontario, Canada) en directeur van het Centre for Memory and Testimony Studies. Ze bestudeert hoe gewelddadige gebeurtenissen uit het Spaanse en Catalaanse verleden worden weergegeven in literatuur, film en kunst.
