Abstract Oil and Gas (MIC: 14.2 SIC: 381 NAIC: 13111) Ensign Resource Services Group is the public holding company. Co.'s principal business activities include the provision of oilfield services in western Canada, in the Rocky Mountain region and the State of California in the U.S. through Caza Drilling Inc. and Caza Drilling (California) Inc., respectively, and in the international oilfield services market through Oil Drilling & Exploration Limited (ODE). ODE operates drilling rigs and workover rigs in Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America and North and South Africa. Co. also provides well servicing, production testing, wireline and oilfield equipment manufacturing services.
