Abstract
Notre article aborde la question des alliances stratégiques asymétriques dans le secteur de la production agricole afin d'identifier les motivations des partenaires financiers et des agriculteurs et de caractériser les spécificités de fonctionnement des modèles proposés. A travers une étude de cas appliquée à la société Pangea au Québec, nos résultats montrent que ce modèle est construit de façon à réduire les risques de conflits d’intérêts. Son originalité est due à sa flexibilité et au recours à des mécanismes de gouvernance basés sur la confiance.
