Abstract
Cet article aborde l’influence du point de vue des pratiques professionnelles, en lien avec l’importance accordée au numérique dans les métiers de la communication. L’ambition est de démontrer l’importance de compléter les approches instrumentales et macrocritiques par une analyse fine de la concrétisation des technologies de communication numérique dans l’ordinaire de la pratique professionnelle des communications. L’analyse aborde la situation sociotechnique de ces métiers dans la première moitié des années 2010 en s’appuyant sur une mise en commun de terrains menés en France et au Québec. Des pistes pour une approche sociotechnique de ces pratiques sont proposées en conclusion.
