Abstract
L’aide médicale à la procréation permet une procréation aussi proche que possible du processus naturel de fabrication d’un enfant en s’appuyant sur les éléments de base de la procréation, substances (sperme et ovule). A partir de cette base technique, chaque société va dire les combinaisons obligatoires pour aboutir à une filiation et transcrire une donnée naturelle de la procréation en une donnée sociale. Comment se passe cette transcription ? Que nous dit-elle du passage de la transformation du corps et de la sexualité en parenté ? Y aurait-il d’autres montages possibles de la filiation ?
