Abstract
Kazerne Dossin, Mémorial, Musée et Centre de recherches sur l’Holocauste et les Droits humains se situe à Malines. Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, la caserne Dossin a été utilisée comme camp de rassemblement pour la déportation génocidaire. De ce lieu, de l’été 1942 à l’été 1944, plus de 25 800 Juifs et Roms de Belgique et du Nord de la France ont été déportés, sauf exception, vers Auschwitz-Birkenau. Seuls 5 % ont survécu. Succédant à un premier mémorial-musée créé en 1996, la mise sur pied de Kazerne Dossin en 2012 a permis de repenser la représentation de l’histoire de la Shoah.
