Kondisi Lingkungan Fisik Rumah Dengan Kejadian ISPA Pada Balita di Wilayah Puskesmas Panambungan Kota Makassar

Abstract
Infeksi saluran pernapasan akut (ISPA) adalah penyakit saluran pernapasan akut yang disebabkan oleh agen infeksi yang ditularkan dari manusia kemanusia. WHO menyatakan ISPA menempati urutan ketiga dari 10 penyebab kematian di dunia dengan prevalensi angka kejadian sebesar 6,1% atau 3,46 juta kasus. Kejadian ISPA pada balita dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain ventilasi rumah, kepadatan hunian, kebiasaan merokok. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui informasi kondisi lingkungan fisik rumah dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas Panambungan Kecamatan Mariso Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analitik observasional dengan desain Cross Sectional Study. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bulan Agustus tahun 2021 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Penambungan Kota Makassar dengan jumlah sampel 50 responden yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penarikan Sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Non Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Data kemudian diolah kemudian dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square menggunakan SPSS dan selanjutnya disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Hasil uji satistik menunjukkanbahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ventilasi rumah (p=value= 0,015 < 0,05), Kepadatan hunian (p=value= 0,006 < 0,05) dan kebiasaan merokok (p=value= 0,00 < 0,05) dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Penambungan Kota Makassar.
