Abstract
Les organisations sont constamment à la recherche d’une formule leur permettant à la fois d’être hautement concurrentielles tout en assurant à la main-d’oeuvre une qualité de vie au travail. Le modèle de l’entreprise libérée répond en théorie à ces besoins. Toutefois, il importe de valider empiriquement les attentes. La présente étude mettra à l’avant-plan une société québécoise qui a instauré l’entreprise libérée. Nous tenterons de faire ressortir les conditions de succès ou les éléments phares qui ont permis à cette société de réussir sa libéralisation. Cette recherche exploratoire à cas unique vise à mieux cerner les spécifications propres aux entreprises adoptant ce modèle.
