Abstract
Die Enteisung der Flugzeuge am Boden hat sicherheitstechnische und ökologische Aspekte, ist aber zugleich auch eine sehr große Herausforderung für das betroffene Personal. So berichtet zum Beispiel Transport Canada allein für den Zeitraum ab 2009 von 19 Unfällen oder Vorkommnissen, die auf fehlerhafte Flugzeugenteisung zurückgeführt werden konnten. Das Enteisungspersonal ist großen Belastungen unterworfen. Sie reichen von Zwangshaltungen bei der Bedienung der Sprühpistolen über die widrigen Witterungsbedingungen bis hin zur hohen psychomentalen Belastung beim visuellen und taktilen Erkennen des Vereisungszustands und dem damit verbundenen Verantwortungsdruck.
