A Surface Redox Reaction Lays Down Lipid Membranes In article number 2101289, Ons Hmam and Antonella Badia demonstrate the assembly of single bilayer membranes within minutes at room temperature from phospholipid vesicles in the gel or fluid phase via ion-pairing interactions between the charged lipid head groups and electrogenerated cationic ferroceniums bound to a self-assembled monolayer.
