Unified methodology for evaluation of matrix and the excitation vector elements in Method of Moments discretization of Mixed-Potential Integral Equation with multilayered media kernel is proposed. It allows for evaluation of the reaction integrals of the incident electric field produced by sophisticated impressed current sources in the near vicinity of the objects embedded in layered media using the same functionality as that used for evaluation of the matrix elements. The method is demonstrated on the example of Hertzian electric dipole radiation in the close vicinity of dielectric capsule embedded into three layer stratified medium.
