Abstract
Cet article fait état des résultats d’une recherche action participative, réalisée à l’aide de méthodes mixtes, qui visait à comprendre comment le Mouvement en Transition a émergé au Canada, quels sont les défis qui s’y présentent et quelles sont les possibilités d’action. Dans cet article, nous discuterons de la participation citoyenne et ferons état de l’analyse des données issues d’un webscan , de sondages, d’entrevues qualitatives et de deux ateliers avec des acteurs clés. À partir de ces données, nous discuterons de la capacité de coconstruire des alternatives qui favorisent une plus grande solidarité sociale et environnementale.
