Abstract
Afin de protéger les enfants des dangers d’internet, la mise en place d’un permis à l’école pour les élèves de 10 ans est censée leur donner l’occasion d’identifier les pièges possibles. Cette initiative du ministère de l’Intérieur conduit le gendarme ou le policier à entrer dans l’école afin d’assurer un rôle de prévention, en s’appuyant sur un kit pédagogique qui permet d’animer les séances de discussion. Plutôt favorablement perçu par les enseignants que nous avons rencontrés, ce rôle de formateur qu’assure le gendarme s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un partenariat plus large Éducation-Police-Gendarmerie et soulève un certain nombre de questions relatives notamment à une politique délégataire de l’Éducation Nationale et à un glissement de certaines prérogatives.
