FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PARTISIPASI LANSIA PADA POSYANDU LANSIA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS II DENPASAR SELATAN : ANALISIS JALUR

Abstract
ABSTRAKPartisipasi lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Denpasar Selatan II masih jauh di bawah target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi lansia pada Posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas II Denpasar Selatan. Penelitian cross-sectional dilakukan pada 120 lansia yang dipilih dari 6 Posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas II Denpasar Selatan. Data dukungan kader, petugas kesehatan, dan keluarga serta pengetahuan dan sikap lansia dikumpulkan dengan wawancara. Sebaliknya tingkat partisipasi lansia diukur dari jumlah kehadiran yang tercatat di register register Posyandu. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis jalur dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dukungan kader tidak berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi, pengetahuan, dan sikap lansia (p > 0,05). Dukungan tenaga kesehatan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melahui peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan loading factor sebesar 0,09 dan 0,27 secara berurutan. Sebaliknya dukungan keluarga berpengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui pengetahuan dan sikap dengan total efek 0,127 (p<0,05). Pengetahuan berpengaruh secar langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap partisipasi melalui sikap dengan total efek 0,785 (p<0,05). Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa dukungan kader tidak berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi lansia, sebaliknya dukungan keluarga dan petugas kesehatan berpengaruh melalui peningkatan pengetahuan lansia. Oleh karena itu dukungan keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan agar dioptimalkan.Kata Kunci : Lansia, Posyandu lansia, Partisipasi.
