Abstract
La mobilité résidentielle est ici interrogée à travers l’entrée en institution des personnes atteintes de la maladie d’Alzheimer ou d’une maladie apparentée. Souvent considérée comme une mobilité résidentielle contrainte, nous interrogeons la capacité de cette population vulnérable à anticiper et à co-construire avec leurs aidant.e.s l’entrée en établissement pour en faire une mobilité résidentielle choisie. Nous mobilisons pour cela le concept de trajectoire résidentielle, permettant de comprendre les modalités et temporalités de cette mobilité au croisement des limites du maintien à domicile et des histoires de vie et de maladie. Cela nous permet ainsi de déterminer deux modalités de l’arrivée dans les établissements, révélant les processus de décision et la place de la personne malade, ainsi que les logiques d’anticipation de sélection des établissements à l’œuvre.
