Abstract
The rapid growth of energy performance contracting and energy service companies in Canada has been unique in that it was an early, government-inspired, solution, originating from the first oil price shock of the early 1970s and focused on inefficient use of energy and cost savings expectations. In 1987, the Canadian Association of Energy Service Companies (CAESCO) was established with the support of Ontario Hydro, the federal and Ontario provincial governments. In Canada, the guaranteed savings model is used throughout the different provinces and it represents an important part of current contracts. The Canadian Government granted energy service companies (ESCOs) immediate access to large public sector contracts. Mexican ESCOs offer identification, development, financing, installation and operation and maintenance services at end user facilities on a performance basis. Most of the ESCOs focus on a specific technology where they have either mastered their skills, have a joint venture with the equipment manufacturer, or are themselves the manufacturers.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
