The following sentence: ‘Thirty-one patients had 36 SAEs, including 22 serious infections in 20 patients (Table 3), for respective rates per 100 patient-years of 4.9 (95% CI: 3.1, 7.4) and 8.1 (95% CI: 5.6, 11.2).’ Should instead have read: ‘Thirty-one patients had 36 SAEs, including 22 serious infections in 20 patients (Table 3), for respective rates per 100 patient-years of 8.1 (95% CI: 5.6, 11.2) and 4.9 (95% CI: 3.1, 7.4)’. These details have been corrected only in this corrigendum to preserve the published version of record.
