Formation et profession 30(1) 2022 1 sum Les coles deviennent de plus en plus pluriethniques dans la rgion de Montral. Dans ce contexte, les conseillers d' orientation (C.O.) accompagnent les lves qui doivent faire des choix scolaires et professionnels. Interrogs sur leurs pratiques en situation de communication, ceux-ci ont dvoil certains dfis lis une population d' lves issus de l'immigration. Issue d'une mthodologie qualitative, l'analyse d' entrevues semi-structures (n=17) reposant sur les dimensions du cadre de la Praxis interculturelle (Sorrells, 2013) rvle la prsence de cinq des six dimensions dans les pratiques professionnelles dclares par les C.O. scolaires. Or, des dfis semblent toucher les dimensions positionnement, dialogue et action dans les pratiques dclares.
