Abstract
Le présent article s’appuie sur une étude exploratoire visant à comprendre les besoins des enseignants dans le cadre de prescriptions ministérielles d’une innovation pédagogique. Cette contribution invite à penser à la perspective des enseignants en tant qu’agents de changement afin de saisir la professionnalisation sous l’angle de soutien. Les données proviennent des entretiens semi-dirigés auprès d’enseignants en francisation des immigrants adultes au Québec. Ce mode d’investigation permet de cerner les mesures de soutien favorisant l’exercice de l’enseignant sur sa pratique. Les données révèlent les limites de temps et de matériel, entre autres, qui caractérisent un contexte pédagogique de changement.
