Abstract
Depuis une trentaine d’années, une transformation en profondeur de l’action publique et des politiques éducatives s’est amorcée : les indicateurs de compétitivité et de performance occupent une place accrue dans un écosystème éducatif désormais organisé et géré par dispositifs. Dans ce dossier thématique, nous nous intéresserons tout particulièrement à cette structuration par dispositifs pour analyser les transformations des relations de pouvoir, des prescriptions, normes et cadres du travail des professionnels de l’éducation ainsi qu’à la manière dont ces transformations contribuent à façonner de nouvelles professionnalités. Il s’agit d’explorer par quels processus et par quels ressorts un dispositif parvient à affecter, au sens de transformer, l’activité des professionnels concernés et des bénéficiaires engagés dans celui-ci. Les analyses proposées concernent le champ de l’enseignement, de l’éducation, de la formation et de l’orientation dans des régions françaises, suisses et québécoises.
