Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Implementasi Kebijakan Penyaluran Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Kecamatan (TKSK) untuk mewujudkan Efektivitas Program BPNT. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan teknik survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Kecamatan (TKSK) di Kabupaten Garut yang berjumlah 41 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Teknik analisis data untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian menggunakan metode analisis statistik dengan model analisis jalur (path analysis).
