Abstract
PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI or PTPN XI is a former state-owned enterprise (SOE) agribusiness plantation with core business sugar. This company is even the only SOE that seeks a single commodity, namely sugar. The main business activities of PT. Nusantara XI plantation is sugar production. Other areas of business include the production/manufacture of alcohol as well as spiritus from sugar cane drops and the production of burlap sacks from kenaff fibers and plastic sacks. The research method used to perform job analysis is problem analysis by conducting interviews and questionnaires. The positions carried out by the office analysis are the Head of Personnel and HI Affairs. The results obtained are 1) Description of the interview results of the Head of Personnel Affairs and Industrial Relations, 2) Providing employee rights, 3) Processing employee salary data.
