Abstract
Ahmadou Kourouma parlait des proverbes comme d’un cheval qui pourrait trouver son chemin de retour au bercail lorsque vous vous sentez désorienté : il faudrait alors se laisser conduire par la tradition. Le numéro s’attache aux formes de la poésie orale des chansonniers, dont Ogundare Foyanmu Néanmoins, les messages de cette dernière prennent une nouvelle forme (la métamorphose du face à face tradition-modernité), celle d’une urgence rédemptrice en écho aux nouveau problèmes socio-économiques et écologiques. Sur un tout autre registre de la francophonie, la francophonie canadienne, et concernant la réception de Sarah Bernhardt à Montréal, il semblerait que pour des raisons identitaires, elle ait changé du tout au tout à son dernier passage dans cette ville.
