Abstract
A newly developed chiral Raman spectroscopy, eCP-Raman, which combines high chirality sensitivity of electronic CD and high resolution capability of Raman is reported in this Concept article. The model for quantifying eCP-Raman effects is derived and multiple examples, which show strong eCP-Raman responses of solvents and the resonating chiral solutes, are discussed. Its usage in untangling complex excited state phenomena is also mentioned.
