Abstract
Cet article présente les analyses d’une recherche en partenariat avec un organisme de soutien à l’intégration socioprofessionnelle – un Carrefour Jeunesse-emploi de Montréal. L’objectif est de mieux comprendre les expériences et besoins de jeunes adultes d’immigration récente concernant l’utilisation des services et es enjeux intersectoriels de l’employabilité. Notre approche est qualitative (entrevues et groupes de discussions auprès de 30 personnes – jeunes ou intervenant.es des organisations communautaires et institutionnels du territoire). Les analyses sont présentées sous trois angles : la complexité des accompagnements, les dimensions territoriales des actions intersectorielles; et les conditions pour mettre en place ces actions.
