Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract— The larva of Chironomus sororius Wülker 1973 was for the first time found in the European part of Russia and above the Arctic Circle, in the delta of the Pechora River. As a result of karyotype analysis, nine inversion variants of chromosome arms were found: sorA1, sorB2, sorB3, sorC2, sorD1, sorE1, sorF1, sorF2, and sorG1. No B chromosomes were detected. A nucleotide sequence of the COI gene 584 nucleotide fragment was obtained. Bayesian analysis demonstrated that the species belongs to the Chironomus aberratus group of species and is closest to Ch. sororius from Western Siberia (Novosibirsk). Minimal genetic distances (p-distance) were also obtained when compared with Ch. sororius (1%) from Novosibirsk, which is much less than the suggested threshold (3%) differentiating the Chironomus species. When analyzing two COI sequences from GenBank of unidentified Chironomus species from Canada, the genetic distances were above the threshold value (3.8 and 7.8%), and they probably also belong to this group of species.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
