Abstract

The globalization process has a significant impact on the business sector in general, and on small business in particular. Since it forms a new economic space on a large scale, in these conditions, the development of small business acquires a special specificity. In the article, the author pays special attention to the consideration of the development of small business in Russia in response to the demands caused by the process of globalization and the problems that may arise in this regard. In the course of the study, the specific characteristics of the process of development of small business were considered and formulated and its potential in the context of globalization was determined. It is also concluded that the active development of small business allows the country's economy in these conditions to develop dynamically and more actively enter the world market.
