Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

See the Original Article here. Although excisional brachioplasty, with or without liposuction, remains the gold standard for arm contouring in patients with extensive skin laxity, several technologies have emerged over the last decade that have shown very promising and validated results of improved arm contouring in patients with mild to moderate laxity. In this paper, Ibrahiem describes his experience with nonexcisional arm contouring with VASER (Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc., Quebec, Ontario, Canada) technology for lipoplasty in addition to either Bodytite (Invasix Corp., Yokneam, Israel) radiofrequency or Renuvion (Apyx Medical Corp., Clearwater, FL) platforms for skin tightening.1 His control group included patients who had only undergone VASER lipoplasty. Although the study meets the criteria of a prospective, randomized controlled study, the randomization process utilized in the project, in which patients were treated by either Bodytite or Renuvion according to the physical location where the procedure took place, is less...

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
