Abstract
La communication des organisations de l’ESS est de plus en plus orientée vers une approche marketing et cherche à vaincre l’invisibilité médiatique en développant la connexion numérique. Ces approches persuasives et technologiques sont une impasse. Du coup, l’ESS est peu visible dans l’espace public. Pour combattre cette invisibilité et mettre en lumière la spécificité démocratique de l’EE, il convient d’expérimenter une communication démocratique que nous nommons communication solidaire. Il s’agit de repenser la communication des organisations de l’ESS à partir du modèle de l’incommunication. Le but est de développer une communication qui, dans l’espace public, renforce l’identité de l’ESS : critiquer l’existant et expérimenter le monde d’après.
