La interrelación entre teoría y práctica como base de la docencia universitaria: un ciclo de mejora perfeccionado en el área de Derecho Penal

Abstract
En este trabajo se describe la planificación e implantación de un ciclo de me- jora docente en el área de Derecho Penal, y concretamente en la asignatura tron- cal, de segundo curso del Grado de Derecho, «Derecho Penal. Parte Especial II» . Se plantea una docencia basada en la interrelación permanente entre la teoría y la práctica y en el trabajo grupal de los alumnos, que se erigen en centro absoluto de referencia de las sesiones. Tomándose como base el ciclo de mejora desarro- llado en el curso anterior, se pulen detalles y aspectos pendientes de mejora en aquél, lográndose a mi modo de ver unos resultados más positivos en lo que se refiere a la asimilación de contenidos conceptuales por parte del alumnado.
