Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The catalogue presents laboratory screening data of a fragment of the oat collection tested for resistance to unfavorable edaphic factors (high level pH and Al content). The purpose of this catalogue was to present a complete database of results on the oat accessions resistance to excessive mobile aluminum in the nutrient medium, obtained from the laboratory research in 2011 and 2014–2019. The aluminum resistance of 554 accessions of seed oats of different eco-geographical origin was studied (samples originated from 22 regions of Russia, from Australia, Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Brazil, Great Britain, Germany, Kazakhstan, Canada, Cyprus, China, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, USA, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Ecuador, Estonia, and Japan). The catalogue is addressed to experts in the sphere of plant physiology and breeding, lecturers and students of higher education institutions specializing in biology or agriculture.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
