Abstract
Op verzoek van het ministerie van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit geeft dit onderzoek inzicht in de omvang en ontwikkeling van het buitenlandse eigendom van landbouwgrond in Nederland tussen 2016 en 2021. Gegeven de beschikbare bronnen worden de volgende indicaties gegeven. Het buitenlands eigendom van landbouwgrond in Nederland is tussen 2016 en 2021 afgenomen met 2.100 ha (-8%) tot 24.600 ha. Dit is 1,4% van het totaal areaal landbouwgrond in Nederland. In de periode 2016-2020 is in totaal ongeveer 3.700 ha landbouwgrond in Nederland door buitenlandse eigenaren aangekocht, en bijna 4.500 ha landbouwgrond door buitenlandse eigenaren verkocht. Dat is 2 3% van het totaal verhandeld areaal landbouwgrond in deze periode.
