Abstract
Treinta años después de su adopción, se evalúa la CTMF en su contenido sustantivo y procesal, resaltando el principio de no discriminación y las aportaciones de su órgano de control. Se exponen los factores que explican la persistente hostilidad de los países desarrollados a ratificar la CTMF, así como los argumentos para la ratificación española.
