Abstract
Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berhubungan dengan kinerja dan kompetensi guru. Disisi lain secara parsial mampu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, budaya madarasah, dan kepuasan siswa sehingga terciptanya layanan pendidikan yang terjamin secara kualitas. Supervisi, dan motivasi berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah juga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, outcomes yang lebih bai. kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan layanan mutu pendidikan. Kepemimpinan yang efektif akan mewujudkan proses pembelajaran yang efektif di sekolah.
