Ce chapitre présente une application concrète de l’intervention socio-économique au sein de la filiale Belux du Groupe Manpower, dont l’objectif est d’améliorer la productivité socio-économique des équipes au moyen d’une méthodologie dénommée « 5 étoiles ». Ce témoignage, co-écrit avec le dirigeant de Manpower Group Belux, explique la construction et le déploiement de cette méthode pour améliorer la rentabilité de l’entreprise et l’implication des personnes.
