Abstract
L’idée d’entreprise citoyenne est-elle un simple slogan ou au contraire un principe fort qui peut guider l’action du dirigeant-entrepreneur ? L’expérience du groupe Ninkasi, PME créée à Lyon en 1997, montre que ce concept existe, guide les choix stratégiques et s’incarne dans les comportements professionnels du dirigeant et des collaborateurs de l’entreprise. Nous proposons de donner un sens et une définition à cette proposition d’entreprise citoyenne.
