Tinjauan Line Stop Mold pada Proses Produksi Part Moulding Quarter Window Upper di PT. Autoplastik Indonesia
Bibliographic record
Abstract
\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tPT. Autoplastic Indonesia is a manufacturing company that produces various automotive components made from plastic. PT. Autoplastic Indonesia uses 3 lines, namely the plastic injection line, painting line, and assembling line. However, there is damage to the mold that causes a line stop or the production process stops, so that it can cost time and material. With this research, it is expected to find out the causes and consequences of problems that occur in the mold system that is used as a mold to make these products so that repairs can be made to damage quickly and permanently and there will be no long and detrimental line stops. The results of this study indicate that the damage experienced by this mold affects the production process and causes defects in the product in the form of silver defects caused by operators who are negligent in checking the conditions that occur. This silver defect arises due to delays in filling the material in the hopper and also caused by damp material.\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\n

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
