Abstract
In the current scenario, high-quality research on learning and teaching in the domains of language and educational administration play a prominent role in the increasing opportunities for intercultural engagement, communicative and learning practices. The scope of this issue provides a strategic forum for all educators and educational policy-makers concerned with creative, inquisitive and many transferable skills.Papers published in this issue are original, refereed, multi-disciplinary research into policy-making, administration, and cultures in education. The papers should focus on the advanced knowledge, theory, or methodology at the intersections of literature and education, educational psychology, policy and administration. Research published in this special issue engages with the complexities and changing realities of educational contexts and practices, focusing on all levels of formal education, as well as a wide variety of learning contexts in communication skills and inquisitiveness.
