Abstract
These Policies, Procedures, and Protocols were all adapted from the HaliFIX Overdose Prevention Societies Manual which was created by the HaliFIX Executive Committee made up of lawyers, medical professionals, pharmacists, community members, academics, and people who use drugs. This version was adapted to include splitting and sharing, and a general review of the policies that was done in collaboration with the Canadian Association of People Who Use Drugs.
