Abstract
Este artículo presenta apuntes sobre ingeniería en comunicación social que puntualiza algunos elementos de sus fases diagnóstica y de acción. En la fase diagnóstica se enfatiza la cibercultura, una de las cinco dimensiones básicas de la ingeniería en comunicación social; mientras que, en el tránsito de la fase diagnóstica a la fase de acción, se presentan dos componentes básicos de la propuesta: la comuniconomía y la comunicometodología. La presentación sintética se centra en el corazón metodológico y tecnológico de la ingeniería en comunicación social: el comunimétodo, un ámbito de acción que tiene efectos constructivos determinantes en la vida social a partir de la relación entre la experiencia de los actores sociales y la observación sistematizada de dicha experiencia por parte del ingeniero social; el diálogo entre el actor social y el ingeniero es clave en todo este proceso.
